Effective April 1, 2002, your Acadia Parish Library Card Number (the 14 digit number on your card) will be the password for remote access to these databases.  You must be a properly registered user of a Public Library in Louisiana to use these freely provided Databases.  They are provided by the State Library of Louisiana to registered library users.  You can use them from your home if you have the password, which you will obtain when you properly register as a user.
